With over 7,000 sq ft, 9 bedrooms, and 11 baths, Sandpiper offers your group both privacy and luxury. Each of the professionally decorated bedrooms has a king or queen size beds, en suite baths, a/c, fireplace, sitting area, and private screened porch (6 bedrooms face the lake with a stunning view). The heated swimming pool is delightful with view over the beach. Fall asleep to the sound of waves splashing on the shore. The spacious and inviting living room has a fireplace and comfortable seating. The ample dining room seats up to 16. The screened porch facing the lake is the perfect spot to watch the surf and enjoy the summer breeze.
The kitchen is as beautiful as it is practical. The professional grade Wolf stove with double ovens and large griddle is a chef’s dream. Two oversized Miele refrigerators will hold platters, cases of beverages, wine bottles, and much more. Two ice makers keep things cool. The oversized natural Quartzite island is a piece of art with abundant room for gathering. The artisan Amish cabinets contain every serving piece and appliance you will need. The lake view from the kitchen is fabulous.
Bed sheets are fresh and luxurious. Bath and beach towels are abundant and fluffy. Beds are dreamy with memory foam mattresses. There is a washer and dryer available for your use. The property has a back up generator to ensure electricity is never lost.
Relax and enjoy the shade of the gazebo just steps from the beach. It’s a leisurely 60 steps from your house to the wide private association beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Winter is perfect for warming up by the cozy fireplace after skiing or a football game.
This beach paradise is only 75 minutes from Chicago. Close to wineries, casinos, outlet malls, Warren Dunes, antique stores, Acorn Theater, Redamak’s, and Notre Dame. The restaurant and night life options are excellent, but you will find it hard to leave this oasis of lake, beach, and luxury. Available in summer of 2020, Private backyard pool is 5 feet deep and swimming is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Avoid risk of drowning in pool by keeping cover on when children who aren’t strong swimmers are present.
